My Service Advisor Miguel was great to work with. He kept me informed throughout the service process. He also was very prompt at communicating changes to the service on my car. On top of that, he was able to get me a discount on the services as well. I would highly recommend Miguel and the BMW team in Tulsa for any service needs you may have for your BMW.

The BMW service department needs a lot of improvement. When you pay a 90K car, you expect your service advisor to show some concern about your issue. I was getting very upset and a different service advisor and really showed concern and somehow got involved. His name is Bailie, sorry if I didn’t spell name right. He show concern listened to my problem and went out of his way to make things right. He exceeded my expectations. I hope his people skills rub off on his coworkers. BMW use to have a great Service Department but they have a lot of work to do. And I want to be clear, not all of the service department staff are not uncaring I just got someone who is just there for a check. I hope that person is not the service manager, or BMW is going to be in trouble. This was not an isolated situation

The customer experience was great, great deal on the car, Chris was very helpful and so was Todd for helping me out and making everything clear, Tommy also was helpful with showing me pictures before it was on the website and getting me set up with Chris, this would be my second time with Chris and really provides good service, I’m really grateful for my experience at BMW of Tulsa.
