I went to the store Friday to purchase a quick charger. Upon my arrival, Sean Gebhart, the person who sold me my BMW greeted me and escorted me to the parts dept. There Anna came down to help with the purchase. Both people took a few minutes to talk with me and to help me further my knowledge of how to operate some of the many features on my BMW...excellent after sale service. Once again Anna was very helpful. My wife and I chose BMW of Bel Air over other dealerships because we believe that people in smaller towns are more friendly and helpful. We were right. We are very pleased with all the people, including Dan Bolling(?) who helped us lease our car. We have recommended BMW of Bel Air to others.
