I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Tony Yuan, my BMW Sales Representative. He is the Best! This is the second BMW I bought from him. He took excellent care of me the first time and I made sure to only work with him for my second purchase. He provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond. He got me the best trade in value possible and made sure my purchase was smooth. He is professional, personable, honest and an overall nice man! He is great to work with and has been with BMW Concord for years. I highly recommend Tony, you will not be disappointed! He exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated Zack Lee, the sales manager who provided excellent customer service and made sure to offer me BMW loyalty options.
