2026 BMW M2 M2 Coupe

I had a great buying experience at Union Park BMW with my new X5. I worked with Carlos in ordering the vehicle the way I wanted it, and taking delivery. Easy, no pressure buying experience, and I was able to get a deal I was happy with.

Arrived in the late evening on Monday, I knew what I was looking for, I’d researched it online. I was greeted by Jason Newman and he was so nice and accommodating. I test drove the vehicle and even though their finance department was closed they tried to work out a deal. Rob and Jason knew they could get a better deal once their finance department was back so we called it a night. The next day I got a call from Jason, Rob, and the gentleman in finance (whose name I can’t remember but he was absolutely incredible) and they worked out all of the financing and got me an even better monthly payment than I’d requested. My husband and I arrived that evening and everything was laid out waiting for me, keys, complimentary bag, and information sheet. I was greeted by Jason, met quickly with the gentleman in finance, and signed everything with Rob. It was SO EASY, I was done with everything in under an hour. Jason took the time to show me the basic features of my new car and get everything connected for me. I was so incredibly impressed with how so far above and beyond this team went to get me into my dream car. I had just been to a VW dealership looking at a lesser car and was treated like a peasant. I’m so happy I took a chance on getting my dream car and I am so happy I found it at Union Park BMW.

My wife Cathy has had her Cadillac SUV for 10 years. So it was time to look for a new vehicle. First stop was Union Park BMW. We met Mark Moser and he got to know us and our potential wants and needs in a new vehicle. So, Mark had Cathy test drive an X3. It checked off all the boxes we needed. Cathy wanted to test drive an X5 just to see what it was about. What can I say….that is an amazing vehicle!! It has safety features and cornering and acceleration that are unbelievable !! Then when he showed us how to turn the volume up on the incredible stereo by making a clockwise hand motion in front of the huge dashboard monitor screen I knew immediately Cathy wanted this X5. Fast forward a few weeks and Cathy couldn’t be happier with the selection. I still haven’t driven it, but I look good in the passenger seat if I say so myself. Mark helped us be extremely happy with the whole experience. We hope that he has many more successes and continues to see their grandkids as much as possible.
