2026 BMW M2 M2 Coupe

So far it has been my least stressful automobile purchasing experience ever. I did a lot of research before deciding on an EV over a hybrid vehicle. The BMW online ordering process was very simple and straightforward. A no pressure atmosphere was particularly helpful to me. The hardest part for me was the wait while it was being built in Germany. Local dealership kept me informed about the progress and projected delivery date. My original sales associate moved and I was assigned a new contact, Mattie Mynatt. She has been readily available to assist me with any questions that have and will come up about this high tech product. She and sales manager Chris Root return correspondence’s quickly, something that I have not found with other cars buying experiences in the past. I would recommend this dealer and individuals if you decide that this product is suitable for your needs. I am from California and was looking at a 340i that was at this dealership. I worked extensively with their salesman Auston over the internet and on the phone before flying in to pick it up. He was not only extremely knowledgeable on BMW products (as he owns and has owned multiple) but also extremely thorough in letting me know every detail of the car itself, its trim, any minor defects in paint, and how strong it drove. It's very hard to get a good idea of a used car before actually seeing it for yourself so to have such a professional and knowledgeable opinion before spending money and time on a flight was invaluable. We even went over a lot of the pricing, negotiating, and credit information over the phone. When it was time to finally book my trip I was picked up by Auston at the airport and felt like the red carpet was rolled out for this purchase by him and the entire staff at Kendall. I have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime so far and this was by far the fastest I've ever gone through the dealership/finance process. After checking it out in person and test-driving it myself I knew it was for me. I drove it 440 miles back home without so much as a hiccup. Have been in love with it ever since. Really great experience at Kendall and very refreshing to deal with a salesman like Auston who can not only be professional and thorough; but truly knowledgeable on the product, platform, and capabilities of these vehicles. It's refreshing to have an actual enthusiast and a fan of the product rather than your cliché salesman just trying to run through a list of talking points and sales tactics. A+ experience / 5 stars easy!
