Great experience! Mike Triplett was our salesperson he kept us in the loop as our X3M40i came closer to delivery. When it came in he went over the exterior of the car and threw in some all weather mats thanks Mike! After signing the paperwork which was painless, we were introduced to Usman who went over all the inside controls and specifically phone pairing, settings and navigation. He was a Godsend ! and I really appreciate his patience and knowledge. We met a service writer asked a few questions and we were on our way phones and fobs paired to the car. From the get go this dealership covered all the bases my wife and I feel really good about our purchase with Peterson BMW.

Came in Saturday to get a car and we had the smoothest experience we have ever had, seriously ever! Micah vail was the one to help us and found exactly what we were looking for. Was in and out within 3 hours. He made us feel so comfortable and confident that we were getting what we needed. Car shopping can be so stressful but we had a blast! He even bought us lunch! Insane customer service experience. I also don’t have much knowledge with cars and it was very clear he was well rounded with information & didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing certain things.
