Leasing/purchasing a car can be a very tedious, challenging, and overwhelming experience. There are so many steps to take in order to make a decision on the vehicle as well as finalizing the process from a financial perspective. I've been a BMW customer since 2021 and my lease was ending June 2024. In Early January 2024, Serdar Copur (Sales Consultant) reached out to me asking to schedule a time to meet and discuss the available options. For several months, we went back and forth analyzing the options- cost, vehicle specs, models; etc. Serdar was patient and honest throughout the process. He always made himself available to answer questions and provided several ways to get in touch with him- email, phone and text. Once we decided on a vehicle, we were introduced to Derrick Brickhouse (Finance Manager) so we could finalize the deal. BMW Financial was being a bit difficult, but thankfully, I had both Derrick and Serdar on my team and they worked tirelessly to make sure the deal was completed. They stayed connected with me throughout the financial process- even updating me after work hours! They were so patient and comforting (I was so close to going with a different luxury car vendor), but the way Serdar and Derrick handled the process, made me change my mind and remain with BMW. My husband and I are incredibly happy with our new car and will be back in the Fall for another one. Thank you Serdar and Derrick! You guys are amazing!

Outstanding car buying process. I found a 2024 X4 m440i online at BMW of Tenafly and submitted an online inquiry requesting more information. I was contacted by Serdar Copur and from the very beginning I was impressed with Serdar’s politeness and professionalism. His sales approach is top notch! I never felt pressured or persuaded in my buying process. He did get me into a better vehicle (X4 M) after all. Everything from making the initial deposit to signing the purchase documentation was smooth and a very pleasant experience. I truly enjoyed working with Derrick Brickhouse as well.
