Great service department. Easy to work with. Jake and Tyson were great. I had blown a tire and didn't have an appointment. Even tho they were quite busy, they worked me in and had me back in business quickly.

The service I received is exactly why I will be a BMW fan for life. LOVE the video of the service technician showing me what he was looking at. LOVE that I could review and either accept or decline each line item on the estimate all from my phone. LOVE the beautiful loaner that made me want to update to a new BMW (brilliant move) and the service team were so nice and helpful. What more could you want?
