Chase went above and beyond even when he wasn’t feel well to make sure I was a happy customer, if that’s doesn’t show great customer service I don’t know what to tell ya. Shaun made sure my X3M Competition was in perfect condition and when an issue did arise it was promptly resolved seamlessly. Michael was extremely patient and knowledgeable about any question that came up and thoroughly explained everything. I purchased a used car from BMW of Houston North. Michael Russo was our salesman and it went very smooth. He was informative yet not overbearing. Upon delivery there was an issue with the backup camera. Michael worked with Cassie in service to fix the issue and installed a replacement camera in no time. I am very happy with the service and attention to customer satisfaction. 5+ Stars for sure. Thanks guys and I’ll be back.

Andrew Liao has a customer for life. He is so personable, professional, and proactive. He sold me my dream car last year, answered all my questions, worked with me on features and pricing, and stays in touch with me from time to time to check in. He goes out of his way to say hello and make sure my service appointments go well, too. Adrian is my service advisor and he is on top of things as well. Most recently, he kept me updated and even made sure I got my oil change taken care of early even though I was in for an update and a rock chip. Great service all around. I’m on my third BMW and I’ll never go to a different dealership. North is the best by far in terms of customer experience.
