Just had a great experience buying my first ever BMW. '24 X4 M40 Brooklyn Grey with Tacora Red interior. My sales rep was Charlie, he was very patient & clear with answering all my questions. Thomas was also great, extremely understanding. I absolutely love my new car.

Shout out to both Alex in sales and Travis in service. Alex was a huge help with my purchase. I am new to BMW but he definitely made it memorable and I will be back for sure for my next purchase. He took the time to ensure I was happy with my purchase and even came in on his day off to close the deal for me. It is unfortunate I only got one key with my car though. Travis in service has been extremely helpful. He makes sure I am being taken care of in a timely manner and always goes over everything with me and reassures the confidence I have with my new to me X5. Thank you both again.
