One word sums up my experience at Southern Palm Mazda “AMAZING”. The entire staff was very professional and my salesperson William Hicks was extraordinary. I’ve purchased lots of cars in the past and this has been the best buying experience ever. It was STRESS FREE no pressure and they really work on earning your business. Between William and Phil my experience exceeded my expectations. The owner Jeff even came by to introduce himself and it was at that moment I knew I made the right decision purchasing my daughters vehicle at Southern Palm Mazda. The finance department was a pleasure to work with and the whole process was seamless. I won’t be going anywhere else to purchase a Mazda. As a first-time solo car buyer, my experience at Southern Palms Mazda was phenomenal! From the moment I went in, I was greeted by Mark and his team who was able to answer all my questions about the model (CX-5) I was interested in. After taking some time to think and looking at other dealerships, no one compared so I obviously went back. This time, I was met by Mark and Juan who were able to assist me to determining the trim and model worked best for my needs and budget, which ended up being the CX-30. Slightly smaller and sportier, PERFECT!
