Couldn't have had a better experience than I did with Paula and the team at Montpelier Mazda. I had done a lot of research, but still went in with a lot of questions and uncertainty and I don't think I've come across a salesperson quite like her: patient, knowledgeable, thorough, personable - and most importantly, made me feel that I was able to take my time and come to a final decision that has me feeling really happy about my experience and excited about what is a considerable purchase. I had a great experience with Paula McLaughlin and Capitol City Mazda/Imports. Paula was a genuinely lovely surprise. I actually respected how she handled selling us a car. Our deal included a trade in and our ruling out another make vehicle at another dealership and multiple days of test drives and visits. She waited for us to communicate, answered all our questions and actually made it fun. There was no pressure or pushing. She was respectful, transparent, straightforward and friendly. We feel good about the trade in value we got and we love the new to us car we ended up choosing. I made my first service appt. to get the new car undercoated at purchase and I was impressed with how they handle their service offerings, as well. We'll have a loaner for the service day and their waiting area is comfy and comes with free beverages, coffee and snacks. The dealership overall has a nice vibe. Big recommend.
