I just purchased my brand new 2024 Hyundai Sonata NLine and I love it. The experience I had at Shakers with my sales representative. Kyle was great. Though the computer systems were down they did everything in their power to make the process smooth and very easy. they are top-of-the-line professionals. I recently purchased a vehicle here that I had seen online, I knew exactly what I wanted before I went in, but what really sold it for me was the atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. Ya know, when you go in somewhere and the atmosphere is dull and heavy? Well not here. I think that may be attributed to associates working on salary instead of commission which can create a hostile work environment. I'm rambling. I was quickly directed to work with Mayleen, who was a pleasure to talk to and efficient at her job. If I was financing they probably would have had me out the door that day in a new car, but I scheduled it for a later day and everything was setup like an efficient assembly line to get me on my way, out the door in an hour and a half. At each step in the process, each and every person I spoke with had a great energy about them. I would certainly recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to go here.
