2026 Mazda CX-30

I bought my car here a little over a year ago. I got a great price and salesmanship then, but now that their new service center is open I get great service and maintenance close to where I live. Service advisor Alexandra wonderfully facilitated my oil change appointment today, showed me some of the new facilities, and was even able to help me out with an issue I had been experiencing with my key. I just had my car serviced at the Mazda center, and I had to share how great it was. Honestly, their customer service is next level—they made the whole experience totally painless. First off, they were so fast. I was expecting to be stuck there forever, but they got the job done way quicker than I thought. They definitely respect your time. More importantly, they were incredibly accommodating. I had a few specific requests, and they totally bent over backward to cater to my needs. They listened to what I needed and made sure I was taken care of without any hassle. Big thumbs up to Nick and the entire Mazda service team. If you need work done, go here. They are fast, friendly, and genuinely care about their customers. 5/5 stars from me!
