The service here was amazing! They were able to get the parts in and car fixed within the week, even gave me a loaner vehicle for the interim. Everyone was very professional and kind, my car was nicely washed and clean when I picked it up. 10/10 would recommend!

My Miata's brakes failed in 'Vegas! Brand new calipers, rotors, pads, and brake lines! Thought the shop in 'Vegas fixed them, but no, they failed again on my way home on the downslope of a mountain pass!!! Dolan Mazda in Reno discovered it was a defect in one of the calipers. The manufacturer sent a new pair; Dolan Mazda replaced them and sent the failed set back. Cost me a bit more, but with the refund from the 'Vegas shop, it was well worth it. Now, I have a car with brakes I can trust, fixed by the Dealer I trust - Dolan Mazda/Kia Reno! Thanks Service Team!

Just purchased my first real car! Mazda cx-5 carbon turbo 2024. I have been wanting this car since my partner got her car last October and it honestly felt like it was going to never happen. Not only did my partner get her car from Kyle Lemberes but so did her mother and I didn't want to work with anyone else. Kyle has been so amazing through all three cars in getting what we wanted and how we wanted it. For me personally, Kyle worked magic and not only found my car a month earlier than we had originally planned but also cheaper! He took time out of his own day to go and get the car himself just so I could have it before the weekend. He kept in constant contact with me and kept me informed on every little bit of the process.
