Everyone who was involved in the sale of my new car was wonderful ,from my salesman Brandon Underwood and Finance manager Phil Lewis. I mistakenly missed a salesman who I inadvertently screwed out of a sale named Walter,he called congratulated me and told me to come by so he could show me all the bells and whistles. A very nice auto group, I highly recommend them

Shantayla Gilliam is the BEST!! Finance and insurance manager at Pohanka Toyota of Salisbury! If I could give her 10 stars I would! She jump through firery hoops to make sure I was driving off with a 2024 in 2024!!!!! In the a short period of time I spent with her I could write a book about how helpful & smooth she made my process! Just when I was about to give up and walk away she was there to SAVE THE DAY & I WILL FOREVER BE THANKFUL THAT GOD SENT HER MY WAY!!!!!!!??????????????????????
