Emily Jimenez helped my husband and I today, I came in with an expectation of getting the typical salesman approach (pushy, put you into any car etc). Emily brought out the vehicle for us to test drive immediately and during that time I asked a financial question that I had when I dealt with a previous dealer, without putting the other company down she politely explained the answer to us. I was instantly impressed with her professionalism and way of making you feel like we we’re friends. The process was very easy (we’ve done this a few times) and there was no vague answers or sales jargon being thrown around. We came with intent to buy the vehicle but Emily is the reason why we had a wonderful experience and will come back for any future purchases. Julio was very very helpful with getting me a brand new car ???? the most thorough thoughtful car salesman I’ve ever had! He even gave me a follow up call two days after I purchased my vehicle! My mom and I definitely will be returning if we ever inquire on buying another vehicle!
