    The customer service we received from Aref was outstanding! He literally treated us like his favorite Aunt and Uncle, from letting us sit in the high back leather chairs while he used the uncomfortable regular chair, to pulling the Rouge around and parking it under the covered service department for us to look at while it was raining!! He was very positive and helpful. He made the whole experience quite pleasurable. He will be my “go to guy” at Orr!! Matt

    I purchased a brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue and I am more than satisfied with my purchase. My salesperson, Ray Strickland, educated me on my vehicle. He sat and talked with me about things like the importance of how my credit score affects my future purchases and the process of purchasing my vehicle. Then Chris, in finance, was even more educating as he talked with me, step-by-step, about my protection bundling options included in my purchase. Their "numbers guy" spoke with me about the very low interest rate that I received. I felt like I had control and that I wasn't being fast-talked into a sale. I really appreciate and am grateful for this experience. Orr Nissan South brought back the true meaning of customer service.

    It is great! Shadow is super sweet and put me in the exact car I wanted. I felt really welcome my whole visit. The only problem is when I got my car the cleaning could’ve been a lot better. There were dirt spots in the car and the dashboard window wasn’t as clean, I still saw where stickers were at. But beside that every employee made me feel very welcome on getting my first car.
