Professional courteous staff. Service advisor, Dan, is knowledgeable and helpful in diagnostic matters. Great place to buy or sell a car. Robin is my go to sales rep. We've purchased several vehicles from Robin.

My service tech Kyle was the best. I bought my car at jim sigel and have had it serviced only there. My sales person Robin handles everthing for me. I just drive in. I highly recommend this company and their staff. Just the best.

I ?? their Service Dept.! I pulled up a few minutes before my 1:00 o'clock appt.., and there was no line! I was able to pull right in and was being greeted by a service manager before I was even out of my car! Shortly thereafter, he had me all checked-in! Very professional and such a NICE man. My car was ready a little BEFORE the time he quoted me, which was only 2 hours to begin with! I routinely spent the better part of the day at the last dealership I frequented, (and for the same types of routine services)! When my car was finished he explained WHAT they did, HOW they did it and what they USED to do it with. (Who DOES that?????) I had one last question regarding what weight oil I should be using, when I found myself saying out load, "Oh, I can just go by what it says on the cap". With that said, he proceeded to walk over to my car, popped the hood, looked at the car, then removed it to show me it was blank. No oil weight number on MY cap. He then took the time to look around under the hood till he found a small sticker in a not-so-obvious spot that gave the recomended weight. (So that I would always know where to find it if in doubt again in the future!) Who does THAT? ????????
