My experience with Coleman Auto Group has been the by far the best car buying experience I have ever experienced ! Chase & David are the owners and they were completely honest about the 2014 BMW X5 I just purchased from them ! The entire buying process took less than 3 hours . They let me test drive it , they gave me the option to allow lemon busters to come check out the vehicle for any fixes that could be hiding, they informed me of all the recent repairs they did to the car. I've come to the conclusion that these are honest guys . I've already recommended them to all my friends , family, and coworkers. You know exactly what you are buying with them . They also offered to have the mechanic that they have on property to fix any issues that the car may have in the future. I'm a mom so I needed a reliable car to drive my family in and I received that plus so much more with Coleman Auto Group ! An easy car buying experience. Chase, the owner, was great to work with. A completely different experience vs. a big corporate dealer. We were looking for a car for my son, and found the perfect car. Chase was very easy going, no pressure, and answered all of my questions. He even had some service records on the car. I wanted to bring it to my mechanic, and when I asked him, he didn't hesitate to say yes. I also felt the car (a 2013 Honda Fit), was fairly priced and he gave me a good deal for my trade. Chase even came in on Sunday to look at my trade. Bottom line: Great car buying experience, no hassle, no pressure, no stress, good price. I will definitely go back for another car.
