2026 Nissan Kicks

I had done a lot of research online. I knew exactly what I wanted. I was in the last stage of buying, which is really just ensuring I got a fair price for the car. When I contacted Michael Jordan Nissan, they were transparent and willing to work on my terms. Other dealerships were like, "You have to come in for pricing." Needless to say, other dealerships also had a ton of add-ons and up-sell when I would come in. I shopped around quite a bit. No one wants to see one thing online and hear something else in store. In the end, I voted for Michael Jordan Nissan with my wallet and I think others should too. I worked with William, Mike, and Ashley. All top notch professionals that I would gladly work with again! Bottom line: I could not be happier with the car buying experience at Michael Jordan Nissan. I hope their way of doing business wins, while others wither from the market. Final note. There is another dealership in the area that I tried to work with that I will call F.A. getaboutit. I was happy to take my hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Mike Mason & Rick Simonette and the whole team made my car experience easy, stress free and an actual pleasure! I love my new Pathfinder! They answered all my questions and left no stone unturned when it came to telling all the amazing features the pathfinder has to offer and how to get the most out of my new Pathfinder. First I will start telling you that I am not here for advertisement and I am just a normal regular person who when to Michael Jordan Nissan with the only intentions of accompanying my next door neighbor to charge her new e-car. I think it is importan for you to know my story so you can judge the service, the place and the salesman for yourself. My neighbor came home with a new car and the salesman (Michael) came driving her old car, so I met him. While being at Michael NISSAN waiting for MY neighbor, I stated to talk with Michael and I explained him that coincidentally my last name is Jordan And my husband is Michael too. I have been waiting for the right time to buy a car but, I was unable for many reasons: the most important, my credit life was too short and I couldn’t afford to buy. He took me inside his office and we started looking some options. Luckily he was able to work something and I ended up with a 14 k miles chevy. Low monthly payments, good price, nice car inside. Everything work for me and went back home with a new car. Unfortunately a service light came on and I took the car Back early as next day. They gave me a loaner until they were working in my car. A couple day later, Michael (salesman) called me to tell me that the part for the car was going to take a month and I would probably need to work something in order to keep driving a loaner . So, I went to its office and we discussed a new option because this car has a recall, so I didn’t want it anymore. It took me all day but, in the end, Michael and his manager took me to the finance office to work a better deal. Guess what? They really did everything possible for me. Still small monthly payments, they took care of the chewy and my credit score went up which work for me. Now, I have a 2021 pre owned Nissan, low miles, good inside and outside, and the best is that I loveeee my new color. And I think it fit perfectly with my rescue Dog. By the way, I expended the whole day in the dealer and they were very considerate and gentle with my dog. So Dog friendly place too. Water, cookies ???? and even lunch after being there signing papers. I think that things went even better than I was expecting and I am very thankful for their support, help and kindness to me and my dog.
