Service is always great. Thomas is so nice and kind to his customers. He takes the time to explain what the techs are going to do to your vehicle and explains what is needed to keep it in good running condition. The seating area is always so neat and beyond clean. Nice atmosphere to wait in. Only complaint is the shuttle driver had me a little fearful with his driving. But he was nice and friendly.

Ken Carey was very personable and friendly--as was all the staff I had contact with. He was great to work with. I had an appointment the next day with another company and had every intention of getting a price from them before I made my decision, but I was so pleased with my experience I decided to just buy the car from Jim Keras.
