I took my 2017 Rogue in for a diagnostic. Worked with a service member named Dave A. He was kind, knowledgeable, honest, and patient with a person who knows nothing about cars (me). The service was quick and efficient. The electronic updates and service requests are great! The waiting area is large and I was able to quietly work on some assignments while I waited.
