Our salesperson was Danielle J. She took her time showing us the cars. She was knowledgeable about each car. Her total "no pressure" approach was much appreciated after a terrible experience with a competitor's dealership. We received a great deal on the car and a fair trade-in amount on our old vehicle. Wow, what a fantastic experience at Mike Erdman Nissan! I stopped by in desperation to charge my electric car and was blown away by the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Chris C. who assisted me, went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. The facilities were sparkling clean and the entire team was warm and welcoming. After a disheartening experience at another dealership earlier in the week, I wasn't even sure I wanted to go look at any more cars. But somehow.i found myself in the showroom at Mike Erdman on a rainy and cool Sunday afternoon. I went to see a specific truck, but quickly realized that while it fit my budget, it did not meet my needs. They tried to find me the perfect vehicle. While I was there I became extremely ill. I had to leave in the middle.of shopping and discussing terms. They were much more concerned with my health and well-being than with the sale of a vehicle. They have checked on me multiple times throughout the week to see if u needed anything. They went above and beyond. I have not purchased a truck yet, but I highly recommend this company to everyone. I worked with Christian, J, and Chris. All were amazing.Thank you for putting your customers first.
