He is very attentive, courteous and efficient. He makes sure all my concerns are addressed and even offers helpful tips for future maintenance. He makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend his excellent service!

I went to this location for 1 car about 30 seconds later I was in it test driving it. Really friendly no waiting everything went smooth they even offered us water and soda during the paperwork. I’m a proud owner of the evo x ( Mark juarez ) - helped us test drive and gave us the car fax and kept in contact even after I drove off the lot. I have THE BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL service manager that Nissan of Bakersfield employs. Ariel is always friendly, listens to all of my concerns in regards to my vehicle. He always has a smile on his face and ensures I understand what “extra” needs to be done in my car in the near future. It is much appreciated. It is always a pleasure to bring my car in.
