He truly came across as honest and sincere and did not come across as pushy in any way. The overall buying experience was smooth and I would definitely refer people to Gerald Nissan (and Edgar)!

As a quick note, I can be particularly difficult to work with as a car buyer. This being said, I had a top to bottom fantastic experience purchasing my Tacoma from this location. Dana was patient and extremely receptive with any inquiries prior to visiting. Once getting in, John Palmer handled the paperwork and just being a down to earth gent . I appreciate that JP.
