I had such an amazing experience at Daytona Nissan! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Anthony “Ajax” was my sales representative, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I never felt pressured—just supported. The credit officer, Samuel King, was also outstanding. He explained all of the financing options clearly, helped me secure a great deal, and made the paperwork process quick and easy. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I’m so happy with my new car and can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. While visiting Ormond Beach I had an accident and my wheel got warped and tire was busted. Roadside came and changed my tire so I could drive back to the condo. I called Daytona Beach Nissan the next morning and talked to Anthony and he told me to bring it in because he would have to order a new wheel so we did and they got right on it ordered me a wheel and tire on Thursday he called and was ready for me to bring it In they already had the tire in the wheel and had it balanced within 20 minutes we were out of there and back to the beach. Anthony was super nice and an obviously knew what he was doing, he took care of all the insurance paperwork I could go on about him being so nice and helpful. I can only say if I lived in this area Anthony and Daytona Beach Nissan would be my person and dealership. Everyone there was so very nice . Also they have great refreshments, coffee, water, drinks. You hear endless awful stories about experiences purchasing a vehicle. My husband & I were blessed to have the exact opposite & fun time making our decision. It was our 1st day out & 1st showroom we walked into. We had no intention of purchasing a Nissan Pathfinder & fell in love at first sight. Our salesman Zed was a delight to work with.
