I called the Parts Department and spoke with Jacob. Although I did not get the part I wanted due to my own time crunch, he was very kind, professional, and helpfull. He recommended other parts, part numbers, etc. Overall, 5/5 experience. Keep up the good work!

Excellent work and excellent customer service. Chris is awesome. He went above and beyond to find me resources within Nissan Continental to address some cosmetic issues with my truck and was helpful, friendly, and awesome in general.

I originally went in for a recall notification. During the inspection the mechanic found some concerns needing attention as well as minor necessities and suggestions. I was able to tailor the suggestions and definitely agreed to the concerns during the appointment. Very easy to work with the service department and the price I paid was lower than the quote I was given. Win Win for sure. The waiting room was very clean and equipped with coffee, tea and water as well as a TV to keep you entertained. The service personnel are very friendly and helpful.
