Martin made what can be an overwhelming and anxiety ridden experience pleasant with no pressure. He followed up a couple days after the purchase to see if I had any follow up questions and to see how I was enjoying the vehicle. The whole crew was nice and polite. Would recommend for sure. I have had a number of encounters with car dealers in my life and this one was the best so far.
I went to Gates for the first time, but it won't be my last! This was a truly pleasant experience from beginning to end.
