Shannon was amazing... we were heading to vacation, and my van took a dive for the worse... she got a van and helped us get back on the road. AMAZING SERVICE! Thank you so much. It is a nice upgrade!

These people are so welcoming and patient, and they have great vehicle options available. Brock was with me from start to finish. I was in dire need, as my own car had called it quits the day before. He never got frustrated with the amount of time it was taking for my credit to be accepted by a credit union. When he sensed my anxiousness about the probability of being denied, Brock found a similar car (it was 5 years newer, too) to what I was looking for that I would be for sure able to take home. Instead of the 2015 Nissan Murano that I had my eye on, they offered me a 2020 Honda HR-V. It was slightly smaller, but still had the room and cargo space I was needing. You need to understand that the vehicle I had before was a 2005 Chevy Aveo, lol. All in all I think I was there for 3 hours, one hour after they were supposed to close. At no point did anyone give me a sideways look about the length of their time taken, nor the fact of it being after hours. I can't thank them enough for their patience and perseverance, and I absolutely love my new car!

Look for Sharon if you are thinking of going to Monken Nissan to look and buy an auto. She's a rockstar! She knows her job well. She's very helpful and explains everything step by step. Shout out to Mel too! You know how to help a loyal Nissan customer. I felt the care. Thanks guys ????
