Service was excellent and timely. I did not get my free car wash after my oil change and tire rotation because they were backed up unless I wanted to wait a couple of hours which I could not BUT the man(I apologize but I cannot remember his name) told me to bring it back anytime and he would wash it personally if he had to. Haha. Overall my experience was excellent. I love Blackburn. Thank yall so much for always going above and beyond for me
