Made a Purchase from Sheridan Nissan 2/21/24, Went in for my first oil change and I have to say Service was Outstanding as sat in the waiting area the service writer Michelle Leach approached me to give me a update on my truck,And again right before it was completed,Very professional .After some bad experiences at the last dealership (not a Nissan dealer)I was very surprised at the level of service and information I received from Michelle.Glad I joined the Nissan Family. Representative Matt was super helpful!! I was worried about my brakes, but they checked it out relatively fast gave me a concise answer of what was happening and sent me on my way less than probably an hour or so. I must say the waiting area is clean and all the staff was helpful and friendly 10 out of 10.

I can’t say enough about the level of service I received at Sheridan Nissan. I was Not a not an existing customer with Sheridan however Bill and Roy helped me with my issue quickly professionally and with great customer service. This level of service is rare in many businesses today, especially in the vehicle industry. I just wanted to take the time to pass along when someone truly goes above and beyond for the customer. Job well done I will be returning and encouraging others to visit. Thanks
