2026 Nissan Kicks 2.0 SR AWD

I never write reviews, but after working with Kaitlyn I knew I had to. Anyone would be lucky to work with her! From our phone conversation and my experience with her in person, she was amazing! She wasn’t pushy and working with her was straight to the point and enjoyable (which is rare at dealerships.) She is the only person I’d want to work with here if I need anything else!

From the moment I called on the phone I felt like this was the dealership for me! Super nice people to deal with. The sales person Stephanie was not pushy. Which one me over right away. The sales manager was super nice as well not pushy just told us the facts about the car and its price. . Shelby was wonderful to deal with as well when it came time to sign the paperwork which could usually be stressful but it wasn’t with her. Ian in the service department was wonderful as well. He helped me with the problem I had and went above and beyond to make me the happiest person with my purchase

I've had great experiences with Suburban Nissan of Troy. I bought my car from Jermaine, and I have been a loyal customer of the service department- Tony and the service guys are awesome. I trust them to keep my car running at its best and I think that their prices are fair, especially when the work is good quality and reliable. I also love that this location provides a shuttle service where they will pick you up and drop you off if needed- so nice and helpful! I love my Nissan Murano so much and I hope they can help me keep it running for as long as possible.
