Brandon Thomas was our salesperson at Gates Ford and he couldn’t have been better! We were looking for a new Ford F150 Platinum and we wanted a hard to find color (Rapid Red). I searched the Ford website and found the exact truck we wanted at Gates. I called and just randomly got Brandon and thank goodness I did… he was so friendly and was very eager to help us! We told Brandon my husband is a physician and on call (we live about 45 minutes from Gates Ford) and he didn’t miss a beat. He started collecting information on the phone and arranging to email us documents so that when we went in the next day to pick up the truck-everything would be ready to go! Literally within 24 hours we had this gorgeous new truck and it was the quickest vehicle buying experience either one of us could recall. And we needed this truck ASAP! The finance person was awesome and we even got to meet and chat with the general manager. I can’t say enough about how wonderful every one involved was-especially Brandon because he made all of this happen for us in such a short time frame. It made it worth the trip! We have other Ford dealerships closer to us but it’s rare these days to experience such quality, sincere customer service. Thanks to Brandon and everyone there for being so friendly and treating us like family! Try them! You won’t be sorry!!

I had a phenomenal experience with Justin a few months ago when I purchased a 2013 Lexus IS350. I had been researching and negotiating on this yr/make/model with other people for months so I understood the superb condition and price Gates was offering. Unfortunately we totaled that car but the insurance company valued car >$2,000 than what I bought it for. I immediately called Justin first explaining what I was looking for this time. He sent me numerous options and was honest about each vehicles’ condition and value. I cross-referenced the cars/prices with the market and Gates beat the comps every time. I live 2 hours from Gates and, both times, I communicated with Justin and his team members via calls/texts until I felt confident to make the drive to drive and (if happy) purchase the car. I’ll go back to Gates a third time (although I hope it’s not to replaced another wrecked car)!
