We not only bought one Toyota that day … but took the car right off the show room floor as well! Shelia is amazing! She worked with us & the finance dept was outstanding as well!! I felt like we have known her forever! Thank you!

A dream come true! Toyota of Surprise was amazing and so very accommodating. Lynn Davis was fantastic, professional, sweet to my family, very patient and truly understanding. It was a pleasure to work with him and I am so grateful for the experience. I finally was able to get my dream car after a decade and it was all thanks to everyone here making it possible. Thank you thank you ! Wish the whole team success for many years to come!

Keith Willis was a pleasure. We had to wait about a month for our beautiful RAV4 Limited. Keith kept us informed on the car status and expected delivery date. The technology is amazing and will take awhile to totally understand. Keith told us call anytime with questions. I will say the finance guy was pushy, rude and obnoxious. I was extremely annoyed. The best was when he told us we spent $5000 more than we should have because we didn't need a hybrid. It definitely put a negative moment on what was enjoyable. This guy doesn't represent your dealership very well. Then apologized at the end. If this truly is your tactic, shame on you.
