Words cannot explain how happy I am to work with Parker with the service department at Toyota of irving. The guys at the service department are upfront and honest guys. Everyone is usually relaxed but to happy to do their job. Parker has relieved my gripe with dealership service spots. He explains the problems with my truck directly, and gets things done with good results. None of the extra add ons and all. I just got all of my air conditioning replaced because of a defective compressor. ( whole dash has to come apart). I get my truck back like nothing ever happened. Air conditioning is blowing really cold and my interior has no new scratches. I will be taking more cars here and happily recommending others to Parker and the others at the service department. Thank you guys so much for fixing a physical problem with my truck and fixing my mentality about dealership service departments.
