I wanted to share my recent experience of purchasing my third car from Toyota Concord. My first Truck was in 2017, followed by a second car in 2022, and my most recent experience was in 2024. He took the time to show all the cars functions and helped me choose a car that was perfect for my lifestyle and within my budget. 5-6 Years ago my Wife and I bought 2 cars on the same night from a brand new sales associate, Nicole. We were her first sale and she was as excited as we were and the epitome of kind. She moved on to service and has now taken a different path and we wish her well. Long lead in right but my point is EVERYONE was nice to us and will always remember that. Present day , I wanted a new Rav 4 so I came back, naturally. Fernando greeted me promptly, stock was limited but they had one , (not optioned the way I wanted) but I sat in it , it was comfortable, no blind spots and I had rented one in Florida and already liked the car. We went in and wrote up one that was coming in and we picked it up yesterday. Again, buying experience was easy and they exude kindness. At my age ( not old but closer to the end than the beginning ????), and I hope for you too , this is the most important thing in life. I had to wait a bit to complete the paperwork as someone was ahead of me . Mike, the GM , came outside to find me . He introduced himself and apologized for the wait, AGAIN kindness, what a good dude! Crystal got the car hooked up to my phone and ask for her if you purchase, wonderful singing voice and if you’re lucky she’ll share a few rifts! ????. Fernando was great to work with, super easy buying experience and surely when my wife wants an upgrade, (as she puts it, to the shiny things!) , safety features have drastically improved, we will be back for a chat with him. I had such a great car buying experience at Concord Toyota! My salesman was Alex and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I was nervous about car shopping but Alex made me feel comfortable and that he had my best interest. The finance department was equally as great. He was funny and personable. I absolutely love my car and will continue to go to them for any car service I may need. If you are a first time car shopper and have any hesitations on where to start- go to Concord Toyota!
