My daughter 2022 Tiguan had a issue with travel assist system and warning light was keep popping up. So, I schedule the appointment and at the arrivals of my appointment Jason helped me. After the diagnostics he informed me that vehicle need new steering wheel and it is covered under warranty . Service department order the desired part and schedule the next appointment once they received the part. Vehicle got fix. Jason made this whole process easy and painless.
