I had been placed on Dustin's schedule at Harper VW of Knoxville last week. Within these last couple of days Dustin has went above and beyond to ensure my understanding of his demos and instructon; understood coming from my 3rd or 4th classic VW Golf while re-establishing my relationship experience with my 3rd turbo engine. The staff and facilities were very hospitable and accommodating. Willing to recommend.
We found this car online & communicated with the dealership, who responded quickly & with great info. We were well prepared to go purchase the car the next day & again, Dustin & other staff were helpful & friendly. The only negative for us came when they handed the key over. Just one key. We paid 30k in cash & they couldn’t make a 2nd key for us? That was a disappointment in what was otherwise a great experience.
