I went with my daughter for to central Volkswagen recently.it was our first visit to the service department.my daughter had a 7:30 appt to drop her car off .we were confused&did not know the service department was in the Hyundai building as the Volkswagen building has a service sign on the building. I walked around and a customer told me the service department was in the Hyundai building.Samantha,the service advisor was awesome! She was very professional&nice.she explained the service we were having done&the price.we will be back.it would be a good idea to post on the Central website that the service department is in the Hyundai building.
Great service and great communication. Samantha was very helpful throughout and offered financing options since the repairs were expensive. My SUV is good as new!
