Very responsive, informative, and transparent. Also, they washed my car which no one else has done in years. That's a plus! This was my first time getting my car serviced there (in an emergent type situation) and they did outstanding, especially with no notice and a new customer!
The attendance were very courteous. All work was completed in a timely manner. There were some additional parts placed on order for additional repairs. They informed me how much my repairs could ultimately cost. However it turned out to be considerably lower. I call that honesty!
