Came to Miami for my Mercedes Benz GLC 300 and my sales representative Savier Shiuk was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, corteoous and professional. Also Gustavo Figeroa and Josh at financed were great. Really happy with the service.

I purchased two vehicles from this Dealership, a GLE450 in November and an E63AMG in December. Both purchases were positive experiences but I must mention the incredible experience I had with Katherine Benitez. I called one evening and Katherine answered my call. Came in for a replace battery for my CLA 250. Andy was exceptional and helped me through the process. I was a little disappointed that they were so backed up with loaners and I don’t have a second car to use so that was a bit inconvenient but they did shuttle me back and fourth. In the state where I purchased my car, anytime I’ve needed service, I’ve always had a loaner and came to get the car the following day. That would be my one point for the dealership. You should have cars for anyone that needs service, especially in Miami. Regardless, thanks Andy, you were really helpful and I’ll come back to do service with you again.
