McCarthy Chevrolet in Olathe took great care of me. I reached out to 5 large GMC dealerships in Kansas City as well as 5 large Chevrolet dealerships in Kansas Ciy looking specifically for a new Silverado or a new Sierra to take advantage of the aggressive financing options being offered by GM. That’s not surprising, however, the 2nd truck was missing 2 key features that the original truck had. Laurynn and McCarthy added these 2 features to the 2nd truck at their cost and honored the pricing that we’d agreed to on the 1st truck. Parts and labor would have been almost $2,000 for these parts and install. They also offered me almost $4,000 more for my trade-in than the other 2 dealerships I was having discussions with. Laurynn was available when I needed her but not intrusive with her messaging like the others, and she has followed up with me after the purchase to ensure my happiness. I was very worried when I went in to talk about trading my truck. My husband bought my truck for me before he passed away. Its been an amazing truck but recently it had started having problems. I went down there to buy a new car after my car was totaled in a hail storm. I worked with Kyle for sales and Jeff for finance. The car I picked was located at another dealership. They worked on it and made the trade. Early Monday morning we got a call, our car had been sold to someone else. I will tell you, I was furious.
