Absolutley great customer service. At first, I was a little annoyed with the value on my trade in, but they were absolutely awesome with talking to me and explaining in depth things I didn't think of or know of. In the end, knowing more of the barriers they have to hurdle, I felt I was given a fair price. Randy was awesome with keeping me up to date on my new vehicles shipping and arriving, and very welcoming and helpful through the sales process. Outside of my sale, they have great people working there. John Putnam wasn't even the one who ended up doing my sale, (I was first introduced to him awhile back), and he still contacted me asking how my car was and how I felt out of just genuine care. They are the only place on island, selling you a great and brand new vehicle without a $10,000 "market adjustment". First brand new car and they made my experience awesome. I am glad I went with Servco Kauai!

Sean Hiranaka is a great person to work with. I was recommended to see him from multiple sources. My girlfriend and a both bought tacomas through him and we loved the war he approach sales. Does not feel like your typical sales guy who is pushy and allows you to make your own decisions. Not to mention he’s a great guy! I’m new to the area and went in today for some parts for my Subaru. The parts department was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about any questions I had. Kish made my visit super special and I’m looking forward to my next visit.
