Extraordinary service all around, and I seriously can not believe how easy the transaction process was. I emailed Milford Subaru with an inquiry on an '24 Impreza RS, and Mark F. emailed me in a timely manner with all the answers to my questions. He was considerate of my time, and made it super easy for me to want to come to the dealer. The trade in of my old vehicle was seamless, and I had the keys in my hand in about 1.5 hours. That's easily the best experience I've ever had at any dealer. Darren, was helpful with some finance questions regarding the down payment and just overall friendly. Kevin went over the optional service and warranty options with no pressure, and answered all my questions. That enabled me to pick some options, and it was painless. I really appreciate how the business office was with my credit card company being a bit wonky about the down payment.
