What can I say about the wonderful service that I received on my Subaru service visit yesterday at Thompson Road? Amazing and fantastic! It’s great that you know you are leaving your Subaru in trusted hands at any dealership. Not only was the work done expertly and efficiently but it was completed earlier than stated! How often does that happen? I also treated my Subaru to a cleaning and was impressed with the expert detailing that was done. Website is very easy to navigate. I was able to find a few different cars I liked, and request times for test drives immediately. Staff are very friendly--everyone I met and/or worked with answered all of my questions. I was able to drive my new (to me) car less than 48hrs off the lot. Great deal compared to others nearby! Very happy with the sales and financial staff, and with every person I met. 10/10 recommend, especially for first time buyers looking for used cars!

Ernie Brown is the man! I was in a bit of bind in February; the short of it, I needed to sell my car due to moving country. He gave some great advice about the market and suggested we come back in a month for a better quote. We did, and he made good on his promise. Truly the best, most honest experience I've had at a dealership. If I was still in the US, and local to this dealership, I would absolutely be purchasing my next vehicle with Ernie at Bill Rapp Subaru!
