2026 Subaru Forester -

I just bought a new car at Simmons Rockwell for the second time....in ten years. I had a great experience in 2013 and have had the same experience in 2024. They are a trusted name. The Salesperson, Shawn, was professional and helped in finding what I was looking for. Their selection is amazing. I would highly recommend Simmons Rockwell.

It started with a screw in my sidewall. They told me I needed a new tire on my new car! I spoke with Eric in the parts dept. It was 4 pm he said they would have to order it and it would take a couple of days. Eric called the next morning and said it was in! It was put on my car..about a week later my low tire pressure came on. I had it checked out..then it was Meaghan's turn to step up. She got me right in and told the shop they NEED to find the problem. She might be small in stature but she knows how to get the job done! Great job. My experience in buying (my first Subaru ) parts and service has been a 5 star experience all around. Great team guys, thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about Simmons Rockwell. In the last 7 months, my family have bought 3 vehicles from here. We are all very happy with our cars. I have to give a shout out to Austin who drove nearly an hour in bad weather to get my signature. He was so helpful, patient, and pleasant. He kept asking if I had any questions and gave me his business card in case I thought of any. However, the person I'm most grateful to is Matt Campbell. Over two months, he patiently waited for me to actually commit to a car. And over that time, he kept checking in to let me know he hadn't forgotten about me. I was so afraid that I wouldn't be able to reward him for all his hard work that I sent my brother to him for his new car. I actually did find a car there, which he walked me through the process of buying. Just from my short time with these guys, I know they would say that it's their job to be so helpful. And even if that's true...I never FELT like "just a job." I really hope Simmons Rockwell treat their staff well because these are the type of people you want to keep in your employ. Thanks so much!
