Great customer service. Driving alone to St Louis from Chicago area when check engine light went on. Called Subaru of Bloomington Normal and from the first person I spoke to, everyone was calm, patient and helpful. Took awhile for the repair to be completed due to parts, but I was offered a loaner (a brand new Outback!) and I was good to go. Thank you very much.
