2026 Subaru Forester Base

My wife and I had a great experience at Douglass Subaru! We found a vehicle we were interested in online and headed over. Hunter came out and greeted us with a smile and asked if we had an appointment. We did not. Not a problem, he let us take the truck for a test drive and we absolutely loved it! Shawn in finance was being trained by John, so he was very thorough in explaining things. We were able to work out an agreement for an extended warranty so we weren't left stranded. We were getting money back for our trade, so the process was easy for all of us. Troy was also helpful. We were able to go through the entire process in about 2 hours. Great experience! Great people! We'll be back to see y'all!

Casey was very attentive and listened to our situation of replacing our totaled cars. We knew we wanted used Subarus. My sister had one and I really liked it so when she decided to get another Subaru I wanted one too. It had been 16 yrs since I shopped for a car and Casey made me feel comfortable in this experience.

Love the customer service, comfortable waiting area, clean restrooms, upfront pricing and confirmation before repairs. I feel at home here and well taken care of. My dogs are even welcome. Subaru loves pets is not just something they say, they mean it. They even have a dog park!
