Visited Subaru to get a new ride, traveling from Pensacola because my local Subaru isn't the best customer friendly , met with Amy thru a phone call after I had submitted a request online for information. 2 days later I came into the store, she was very pleasant, professional, gorgeous. She helped me look at a few different Foresters. I originally wanted the limited, but after looking at and driving the Wilderness I knew it was the one I wanted, I elected for a sexy black color as all the bumpers and paint mixed well with the hints of yellow around the vehicle, I couldn't get the vehicle at the right price, went to lunch and came back and negotiated more, I was finally ready to strike a deal, it was as painless as it could go, the only downside was in the detailing and getting the vehicle ready, I feel like at the point of purchasing , they should've immediately taken the car over to get it detailed, worst case if I walked out on the deal, the vehicle is cleaner than before. Definitely give Amy a shot at selling you a Subaru, and get you a wilderness edition while you are at it!
Just bought my 2021 Subaru Forester Premium last month. Leann was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable and very patient which put me at ease knowing I was in good hands. Throughout the entire car buying process Leann was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, as well as explaining every step of the buying process. Love my car! Great company that works with you on getting into the car you love. Amy (my salesperson) was helpful and friendly. Amy helped soothe my nerves throughout the whole process. Car shopping is stressful and a headache but they try to make the process as less stressful as possible. I also enjoyed that they didn’t pressure me into getting something..I hate that about car salespeople. Definitely would go through them again! (I live in Missouri)
